For an easy alternative to the traditional English cooked breakfast, why not try these baked eggs courtesy of 'Savoring Time In The Kitchen'. Simply slice a croissant into 1/4" thick slices, and use to line a muffin tin. Carefully break an egg into each 'nest', season with a little salt and pepper, and bake in a warm oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until the egg is cooked to your liking.
